Fairfield Police Reconsider Homicide Case as Possible Accident
A shooting incident in Fairfield, initially investigated as a homicide, is now being reexamined as a possible accident, according to the Fairfield Police Department. On January 18, officers responded to a call in the 2300 block of El Rancho Way, where they found 38-year-old Joshua Costan of Fairfield with an apparent gunshot wound. Costan was pronounced dead at the scene.
