Throughout his distinguished career, Arian held various leadership positions, including Managing Principal for EY’s People Advisory Services and Global Practice Leader at AON, Towers Watson, and Hewitt Associates. He also served on several Private Equity-funded Boards of Directors.
Arian was a licensed attorney and a member of the Bar in both New York and the District of Columbia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law. He was also a regular contributor to major media platforms, including MSNBC, Fox Business, and NPR.
