Glenbrook South High School Mourns Sudden Loss of Beloved Student Maksim Borisov
The Glenview, Illinois community is reeling from the unexpected passing of Maksim Borisov, a senior at Glenbrook South High School. Borisov was a dedicated student, passionate extracurricular participant, and kind-hearted individual who left a lasting impact on his peers and teachers.
Borisov was remembered for his academic excellence, strong work ethic, and natural leadership abilities. He was an active member of the school’s robotics club and participated in various academic competitions and student government initiatives.
Outside of school, Borisov was an avid reader and enjoyed exploring topics in science, technology, philosophy, and literature. His family described him as deeply committed to helping others and passionate about using technology to improve the world.
