Cincinnati Police Investigate Fatal Shooting in Over-the-Rhine
A fatal shooting occurred Thursday afternoon in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, claiming the life of 50-year-old Allen Scott. The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office has identified Scott as the victim, and his death is being treated as an “apparent homicide.”
The shooting took place around 3:45 p.m. on West McMicken Avenue. Cincinnati police responded to reports of gunfire and found Scott fatally wounded. Despite efforts by first responders, Scott was pronounced dead at the scene.
