Portland Police Identify Victim of Fatal North Portland Crash
The Portland Police Bureau has released the identity of the individual who tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle accident in North Portland last month. Russell R. Piltz, a 60-year-old Portland resident, succumbed to injuries sustained in the January 4 crash.
According to authorities, the accident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. at the intersection of North Willamette Boulevard and Burr Avenue. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash is ongoing.
